As i was not there for the last session due to family matters i will write my own self reflection.
looking back on the course at the very start i would say that i was a good and reliant teacher knowing alot of teaching techniques and stratagies. I thought i was good really, Now at the end of the course i have changed my views alot. i learnt new ideas.it could be from other collegues or from people on a tuesday night(man was i stale)in all i believe i have grown as a teacher and developed new ideas. i like to take risks and try new styles for my students. on this course i also learnt about blogs wikis and e portfolios something i will diffently get my students to develop and record on in the future.
what does the future hold we dont know but we as educators can help develop the future buy learning ourselves and trying new ideas.
Is the 80/20 rule appropriate for all courses
a question that i am unable to answer at this stage.
